RETURN POLICY

Please see individual garment listings for all measurement and alteration details. If a piece can be altered, it will be indicated with the measurement information. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of Nina's designs, please familiarize yourself with our return policy before deciding on a purchase.

 

Local clients

Meeting in person with Nina in her Buckhead studio will give you the opportunity to be fit for the garment with the designer herself. Any alterations will be done free of charge — but garments are non-returnable once altered. 

 

3 Day "Try On" Policy for non-local clients

You  will have 3 days upon delivery to decide whether or not an item is right for you. Please plan ahead to meet with your local seamstress when the garment arrives for a fitting. If you decide that the piece cannot be altered to your liking, you will have 3 days to contact Nina to request a return.  Request for a return will not be accepted after the original 3 day "try on" period. Returned packages must then be postmarked within 7 days of your approved return request and tracking information provided to us. 

Returned merchandise must be unworn and unaltered with original tags still attached. We reserve the right to grant a partial refund for packages postmarked outside the return period, or to refuse a refund for obviously worn, altered or damaged items.

Garments must be safely packaged and insured for the full purchase price. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss or damage to uninsured packages.

Unless the return is due to our error, the return shipping charges are non-refundable.
